Advocacy &
outreach
At GROW, we don’t just farm—we share what we learn and show what’s possible.
By modeling agroecological growing and education in action, we inspire others to reimagine their own spaces, from school grounds to community gardens.
By connecting with hyper-local sites, we aim to co-create a vibrant, local network that drives positive change in food systems, biodiversity, education, and community.
Learning from the Land
We work with local primary schools, supporting them to set up and embed their own growing spaces, linked to the GROW Farm.
We are currently working with Underhill School & Children’s Centre and Whitings Hill Primary School as part of our Learning from the Land programme.
If you are interested in working with GROW in your school please email beth@wearegrow.org.
Please note, these projects require funding.
Grahame Park
Community Garden
The Grahame Park Community Garden is a welcoming space for local residents to grow food, learn new skills, and connect with their neighbours. Since taking on the garden in 2024, we’ve worked alongside the community to transform it into a thriving hub, with over 550 visitors joining us so far!
In 2025, we’re expanding our activities—with weekly drop-in gardening sessions, an after-school club (starting after Easter Holidays), and more seasonal workshops and community events. Join us on Fridays from March to October to volunteer, share food, and take home fresh harvests.
To get involved, email eve@wearegrow.org.
GROW Futures
Every year, we run GROW Futures: a free knowledge sharing programme for educators looking to bring agroecology into their communities.
GROW Futures aims to:
Share: learnings, knowledge, and resources.
Empower: ourselves and each other to set up or evolve relevant spaces and projects that work with and for our own communities.
Connect: like-minded individuals in a shared learning & support network all guided by the principles of Agroecology.
Our next GROW Futures will run in October 2025. Register your interest below.
